Venturing West of Melbourne after New Years Day brought smiles on everyones faces. The Mcallister river near Licola was our destination. Floating down the river on rubber tubes, eating duck a l’orange prepared on the campfire, a bit of bushwalking and sitting reading our books with a glass of wine made sure we all returned to Melbourne feeling refreshed and ready for 2014.
